  Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi for the 3-Day Uganda Gorilla Trekking Tour

  Start your exciting 3-day Uganda Gorilla Trekking Tour by leaving Entebbe/Kampala. The 8-9 hour drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park in Southwestern Uganda offers beautiful views of the countryside, including landscapes, hills, and the impressive Virunga massive. Keep your cameras ready for stops to capture these moments. We’ll pause at Kayabwe for the Equator crossing and a simple experiment. Enjoy a delicious lunch in Mbarara town. Then, continue to Bwindi NP or Kabale for an overnight stay at Rushaga Gorilla Havens Lodge or Trekkers Tavern Lodge. Meals include lunch and dinner, with drinking water provided.

  Day 2: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi National Park

  After breakfast, our guide will take you to Ruhija Park Headquarters for a briefing before your gorilla trek. The trek can last 30 minutes to 7 hours, depending on where the gorillas are. When you find them, you get an amazing hour to watch, take pictures, and make memories. Afterward, you’ll get a certificate at the Park Headquarters. You’ll stay overnight at Rushaga Gorilla Havens Lodge or Trekkers Tavern Lodge. This is in Bwindi Impenetrable National Forest. All your meals are included, and you’ll have drinking water available.

  Day 3: Return to Kampala or Entebbe Airport

  Following breakfast, we will commence our journey back to Kampala or Entebbe. We will follow the same route, making a stop at the Equator crossing once again for photo opportunities, souvenir shopping, or simply to unwind before continuing to Kampala/Entebbe.
