  Day 1: Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

  You will begin with early morning journey to the southwestern part of Uganda, where Bwindi National Park awaits. Marvel at the beautiful scenery as you pass through Mbarara town, where a delicious lunch awaits. Upon reaching the park, check-in to your chosen accommodation and prepare for an exciting adventure. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

  Day 2: Mountain Gorilla Tracking and Community Walk

  Rise early to savor a hearty breakfast and pack your lunch and water for the day’s trek in the forest. Head to the park headquarters for a briefing before venturing into the forest to encounter the majestic mountain gorillas. The trek may take 2 to 6 hours, but the magical moment you spend with these gentle giants will make it all worthwhile. Witness their human-like characteristics and capture memories to last a lifetime. After the trek, return to the lodge to freshen up before embarking on a community walk to meet the Batwa people. Delight in their cultural performances, dances, and songs, gaining insight into their way of life. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

  Day 3: Second Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

  You’ll embark on another thrilling gorilla trek, this time encountering a different group than the one from the previous day. Capture more incredible moments and learn about the unique characteristics of this new gorilla family. After the trek, depart for Lake Bunyonyi, a picturesque lake surrounded by terraced hills. Check into your chosen accommodation, such as Acadia Cottages or Bunyonyi Overland Camp. Enjoy dinner and spend the night amidst this stunning scenery.

  Day 4: Transfer to Kampala

  You will start the day with a sumptuous breakfast before embarking on a breathtaking boat ride on Lake Bunyonyi. Admire the scenic views of the islands and terraced hills that surround the lake. Relish the last moments of your safari as you pack up and begin your journey back to Kampala. Along the way, savor a delicious lunch and make a few stopovers to capture the essence of Uganda’s beauty. We’ll drop you off either at the airport for your departure flight or at your preferred hotel if you choose to extend your stay.
