  In the early hours of the morning, our knowledgeable guide from Gorilla Uganda Safari will collect you from your hotel. A two-hour journey will then transport you to the Musanze province, the home of Volcanoes National Park.

Here, the park warden will provide essential insights during a comprehensive briefing about the gorilla trekking regulations.

  By 8:30 AM: Trekking Accompanied by Your Tour Guide

  Accompanied by your tour guide, you’ll set off for the trek after being assigned a specific gorilla family. The journey to the trek’s starting point will commence at 8:30 AM.
  The duration of the trek can span from 1 to 8 hours, contingent on the gorillas’ movements within the forest. Upon encountering these remarkable creatures, an enchanting hour will be spent observing and photographing them, after which you’ll return to the vehicle.

  As the Day Ends: Return to the Hotel

  As the day winds down, your driver will facilitate your journey back either to Kigali International Airport for your scheduled flight or to your hotel, ensuring your convenience and comfort.
