This 17-day Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania safari introduces you to Africa’s best wildlife destinations. You will witness the incredible Great Migration in the Serengeti and Masai Mara. You will search for Africa’s Big Five in famous national parks across Kenya and Tanzania. You will also enjoy a rare chance to track endangered mountain gorillas in Uganda’s Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Finally, you will explore Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most unique wildlife habitats on Earth.
After breakfast, our representative will pick you from the hotel and drive to Masai Mara. You will stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to enjoy breathtaking views. Masai Mara features open grasslands, rolling hills, and large animal populations. You will arrive in time for lunch at Mara Springs Tented Camp. Later, you will go for your first game drive to see lions, elephants, giraffes, and more.

After breakfast, you will explore Masai Mara’s vast savannahs in search of wildlife. This park forms the northern extension of Tanzania’s Serengeti ecosystem. It hosts many predators including lions, cheetahs, and leopards. You will also see herds of zebras, wildebeest, and elephants.

You will rise early and enjoy breakfast before going for a full-day game viewing experience. Masai Mara offers chances to witness lions, cheetahs, and leopards hunting prey. You may also spot warthogs, impalas, hyenas, and many bird species. After the drive, you will return to camp and relax.

After breakfast, you will leave Masai Mara and drive towards Lake Nakuru. You will enjoy lunch in Narok town on the way. At Lake Naivasha, you may enjoy an optional boat ride through the calm waters. Later, you will continue to Nakuru National Park.

After early breakfast, you will take a short game drive through Lake Nakuru. You will then drive to Lake Naivasha, arriving around midday. You will check in, enjoy lunch, and relax. In the afternoon, you may take an optional boat ride to see hippos and birds.

After breakfast, you will drive from Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park. Along the way, enjoy scenic views of the Great Rift Valley. You will stop for lunch at a local restaurant and then continue to Amboseli. Upon arrival, you will relax at the lodge.

You will wake early, have breakfast, and then explore Amboseli National Park for the full day. You will enjoy picnic lunch at a scenic viewpoint. Amboseli is famous for large herds of elephants and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. You may spot buffalo, lions, jackals, and zebras.

After early breakfast, you will go for a final game drive in Amboseli. After the game drive, you will be driven to the Namanga border. Our Tanzanian guide will meet you and assist with immigration. You will then continue to Arusha for rest.

After breakfast, your guide will drive you to Tarangire National Park. You will enjoy a game drive and picnic lunch. This park is famous for elephants, baobab trees, and rare tree-climbing pythons. During the dry season, the Tarangire River attracts animals from all directions.

You will enjoy breakfast and drive to Ngorongoro Crater. This area is home to about 30,000 animals in a closed ecosystem. You will enjoy a picnic lunch during your game drive. Expect to see lions, rhinos, hippos, zebras, and more. Maasai herders roam the crater’s rim.

After breakfast, you will leave Ngorongoro and drive through the Conservation Area into Serengeti. You will enjoy game drives along the way with a packed lunch. Serengeti is vast and filled with wildlife. You will start spotting zebras, wildebeest, and big cats immediately.

After early breakfast, you will go for a short morning game drive in Central Serengeti. Then, with picnic lunch, you will drive north. From late July to mid-October, the Great Migration crosses the Mara River. You may see wildebeest crossings while crocodiles lie in wait. The northern Serengeti also hosts giraffes, elephants, and rhinos.

You will take early breakfast and go for another exciting game drive along the Mara River. This area offers excellent chances to see the Great Migration and predators. Watch lions, leopards, cheetahs, and crocodiles in action. Later, you will drive back toward Central Serengeti.

After breakfast, you will relax or shop depending on your flight time. You will then drive to Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight to Kigali. On arrival, our Rwandan guide will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel.

After breakfast, you will drive from Kigali to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda. This park is home to half of the world’s mountain gorillas. On arrival, you will rest at the lodge and prepare for the next day’s adventure.
Dinner and overnight stay at: Gorilla Mist Lodge.
After breakfast, you will go to the park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking. The trek can last one to four hours depending on the gorilla location. Once found, you will spend one hour observing their behavior. You will then return to the lodge for lunch. Later, you will drive back to Kigali International Airport for your flight home.
