Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Nairobi – Kenya
Upon arrival in Nairobi, Kenya, you will meet your guide who will privately transfer you to your hotel. Then, you can enjoy your evening at leisure and prepare for the adventure ahead. You will spend the night at House of Waine, where you can rest and recover from your journey.
Day 2-4: Maasai Mara National Reserve
First, you will meet your guide and transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled charter flight to the Maasai Mara camp. Once you arrive, you can participate in shared game drives and walking safaris in the Mara Conservation area. Additionally, you can visit Maasai communities that the camp supports.

Day 6-7: Volcanoes National Park
Early in the morning, your guide will pick you up and transfer you to your lodge in Ruhengeri and Volcanoes National Park. Gorilla trekking becomes the main activity, though other options are also available. Each morning, you will wake up early as collection occurs around 5:30am. Subsequently, you will transfer to the park gate at Kinigi for your gorilla visit at 6:45am.
At the park gate, you will meet your tracker and spend the day tracking mountain gorillas through the forest.
