Kahuzi Biega National Park is in the southern province of Kivu in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Tours usually commence from Rwanda, with pickups in Kigali city or Cyangugu town. Goma International Airport is an alternative entry point, with a 6-7 hour drive from Kigali City to Cyangugu town. Travelers can also opt for a flight to Goma Airport and a 230km drive to the national park.
